A trio of Wharfside Residences plus three Cargo Homes formed the final stage at Mirvac’s 18-home waterfront village along River Esplanade, Docklands.

Inspired by the precinct’s wharf heritage, the multi-level homes are just metres from the water’s edge, with the striking facades showcasing zinc, brick, aluminium, copper or timber-look panelling and designed to celebrate the multi-functional way homes are now used.

A collaboration with Domo Furniture, DMP Creative was engaged to furnish and style this expansive townhouse as a display and sales suite.
