Set along the banks of Melbourne’s Yarra River, this architecturally considered collection comprised of 18 residences — including 11 river-facing terraces and seven mixed-use terraces to the south — forming part of the broader Yarra’s Edge Wharf’s Entrance development.

The design takes cues from the site’s maritime and industrial past, with a harmonious balance of form and natural finishes that reflect its heritage. Each façade is thoughtfully composed, with varied materials and textures that respond to one another, creating a visually engaging and tactile streetscape.

The buildings’ alternating three- and four-storey forms are clad in a palette of robust, natural materials, delivering a tonal cohesion across the precinct. At the upper levels, lightweight pergola structures offer a sense of openness and airiness, softening the built form and framing views with a delicate architectural rhythm.

DMP Creative was invited to furnish & style one of these incredible townhouses in collaboration with Domo Furniture to be used as a sales and display suite.
