Having previously collaborated on the client’s main residence, DMP Creative was invited to furnish and style their newly acquired Sorrento holiday home. Purchased with vacant possession, the substantial property—defined by its industrial warehouse aesthetic—didn’t require structural interior design, but called for a complete turnkey fit-out to transform it into a relaxed coastal retreat.

The challenge lay in softening the home’s strong modernist lines and scale with a more laid-back, beachside feel. This was achieved through a thoughtful layering of natural textures—think linen, leather, and timber—paired with coastal-inspired artworks and soft, tonal palettes. Touches of resort-style comfort were introduced with plush furnishings and warm lighting, creating a space that feels equal parts serene getaway and sophisticated escape.
