What do we do?
At DMP Creative, we design spaces that look incredible and actually work for real life. We're a full-service interior design studio working across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula—handling everything from your first moodboard to the final install. Think colour palettes, custom joinery, detailed plans, and a bit of project wrangling... we’ve got it covered.
Whether you’re freshening up one room or rethinking your whole place, we’re all about bold, liveable design that feels unapologetically you.
Sure, we’ve been featured in Belle, Grand Designs Australia, Dwell USA (and a few other brag-worthy places), but what really lights us up? Helping our clients create homes that surprise, delight, and just feel right.

Feeling stuck or drowning in too many options? We’ve got you. Whether you need help picking the perfect paint colour, finding the right sofa, or pulling a whole room together, our basic styling consults are the perfect place to start.
For bigger projects, DMP Creative offers the full shebang—from concept design and interior renovations (think kitchens, bathrooms, the lot), to selecting finishes, documenting for builders, managing trades, and styling it all to perfection. Big or small, we’ll tailor the process to suit you and your vision.
-
Already working with architectural plans but missing the interior magic? We create full construction documentation sets that bring the inside story to life—detailing everything from layouts and joinery to finishes and fixtures. Perfect for builders who want smooth sailing on-site or clients who need a cohesive interior plan to match the big picture.

Need help furnishing a new home or holiday stay but don’t have the time (or energy) to trawl through a million options? We offer full furniture and decorator curation—from mood boards to final install—sourcing pieces through our exclusive trade-only supplier network. You get access to great style, smart discounts, and zero stress. Too easy.
-
We all know that feeling—that little buzz of excitement as you open the door to your holiday stay for the first time. At DMP Creative, we make sure that moment hits every time. From pre-listing consults to housekeeping training, reset guides and marketing photography, we help short stays feel effortlessly five-star.
-
Got a strong vision and keen to DIY, but want a designer’s eye to sanity check your selections? We offer tailored consultations to review your materials, fixtures and colour palette—making sure everything works together beautifully before you hit “order.” Think of it as your stylish safety net.

“David was amazing. He listened to what we needed, and put a creative plan together that has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We were so lucky to find him. His genuine character and professionalism was so refreshing, as it enabled us to trust in his vision for our home, every step of the way. It’s been just over a year since completion and I still don’t want to leave the house.” - Chiara Weller, Malvern Project
