The Dromana Project—fondly named Querida Villa—was a monumental transformation and a true labour of love for both the client and the build team. DMP Creative was engaged to lead the entire creative direction from the outset, encompassing exterior design, floorplan reconfiguration, interior detailing, and landscaping.

What began as a tired 1960s home that resembled an old Pizza Hut Restaurant but with sweeping bay views was stripped back to its bare bones and reimagined as an expansive, highly bespoke luxury seaside villa. Rebuilt and extended almost entirely from the ground up, the new design includes four master suites to evoke a sense of resort-style living, offering guests and family their own private retreats.

From the architectural foundation to the finest styling detail, every element was carefully considered to create a warm, refined escape that’s as impressive as it is deeply personal. Querida Villa stands as a striking example of what’s possible when vision, design, and craftsmanship align.
